Alongside Gaynor’s husband Steve, Gaynor owned the business and after 44 years in financial services stepped down from being a practising Chartered Financial Planner in March 2023. This was to enable Gaynor to practice what she has preached for many years, “life is for living, it is not a dress rehearsal and you have a limited time to really enjoy retirement whilst you have each other and your health”.
Gaynor's main role is providing business oversight, guidance and support to Gwilym and John as they transition to become the sole business owners. She also is on-hand to provide historic client and case knowledge to make her retirement from the business as smooth as possible for everyone.
Outside of work, Gaynor's favourite thing to do is travelling with Steve.
